These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, applications, and messaging programs operated by RichAsF (“RichAsF,” “we,” “us”), including richasf.ai. RichAsF Real Estate and RichAsF AI are business names of Gnivil LLC. By using our services or by exchanging text messages with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

We operate two separate text-messaging programs. Both are described below. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. How to opt out — STOP

You can cancel any RichAsF text-messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent to that number. If you want to rejoin later, reply START or contact us at help@richasf.ai.

3. How to get help — HELP

Reply HELP (or INFO) to any message for support information. You will receive a reply identifying the program and our contact address. You can also reach us directly at help@richasf.ai.

4. Supported carriers and delivery

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all handsets or carriers support all message types.

5. Consent

We do not require you to consent to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or messaging consent to third parties for their own marketing. 6. Use of our websites and services

You agree to use our sites and services only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of them. Access to our internal tools (including the private leads terminal at leads.richasf.ai) is restricted to accounts we provision and approve; you may not share credentials or use an account you were not issued.

You must be 18 or older to use our services.

7. No professional advice

Information, analyses, valuations, and estimates provided by RichAsF are for general informational purposes only and are generated in part from public records and automated models. They are not legal, tax, financial, accounting, appraisal, or real-estate brokerage advice, and no attorney-client or fiduciary relationship is created. Property data may be incomplete or out of date. You should independently verify any information and consult qualified professionals before acting on it.

If you are facing foreclosure, nothing we send is an offer to purchase, a loan offer, or an offer of credit, and we do not offer loans, loan modification services, or foreclosure-rescue services.

8. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Intellectual property

The RichAsF name, sites, software, reports, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your own internal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape our services without written permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RichAsF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. We will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes to a messaging program will be communicated to affected subscribers before they take effect.
